The Parklane girls basketball team cruised to a 61-17 road win over Columbia Academy on Tuesday.
The backcourt duo of junior Zoe Alford and freshman Carlyle Carruth again led the way for the Lady Pioneers, as they combined for 40 points in the win.
Alford poured in 24 on 11-for-15 shooting while also recording a team-high six steals, and Carruth added 16 points on 6-for-8 shooting.
Alford, Carruth and freshman guard Lay Jackson tied for the team lead with four assists each, and Jackson led Parklane with four rebounds.
The Lady Pioneers next host Brookhaven Academy on Friday.
