Police confiscated a cache of marijuana following a chase through McComb that ended when the suspects' car hit a parked school bus Sunday evening.
A large police presence descended on the parking lot of the Pike County Health Department building, where the car hit the back end of a South Pike School District bus.
Detectives said two people fled and ran into a nearby garage on White Boulevard, where officers found an undetermined amount of marijuana.
It wasn't immediately clear if anyone had been arrested.
The suspects were fleeing from Mississippi Highway Patrol state troopers.
McComb police were seen interviewing people at the garage.
Local schools often keep buses parked at the health department when they're not in use.
