Wednesday's print edition of the Enterprise-Journal, delivered through the U.S. Mail, will not arrive to subscribers until Thursday because of equipment problems at the newspaper.
The printing of Wednesday's paper got moved to an out-of-town site, but that location's heavy print schedule prevented the E-J from going to press until after midnight.
"Our backup printing plan worked, except that Tuesday is the busiest printing day of the week," editor Jack Ryan said. "We were not able to get the paper back to McComb until very late in the night. I apologize to subscribers about this delay, but your Wednesday paper should be in your Thursday mail along with that day's paper."
Stories in today's paper will be available to all readers on the website, with or without a subscription.
