A Jayess woman who worked for the USDA’s Brookhaven office pleaded guilty Monday for her role in attempting to steal houses mortgaged by the federal agency, prosecutors said.
Ella Martin, 69, used her position to conspire with others to steal USDA-mortgaged properties, U.S. Attorney Darren LaMarca’s office said Monday.
