A Tylertown man faces multiple charges in Louisiana after he was found sitting in a parked car allegedly in possession of drugs and guns.
Washington Parish sheriff’s deputies responded to a call of a suspicious vehicle parked in a roadway with no headlights on early Saturday morning. They allegedly found Carroll Yvonne Wilson, 30, of Tylertown, asleep in the car, which was running and in park.
Deputies awoke the driver and searched the vehicle and allegedly foun two 9mm pistols, marijuana and candy infused with THC.
Wilson booked into the parish jail on charges of possession of a controlled dangerous substance with weapons present, possession of tetrahydrocannabis, obstructing a public highway and failure to appear in court. He was released after posting $3,550 bond.
