Here are cases reported recently in Pike County Circuit Court:
• Kemkyo Hood, no age or address available, pleaded guilty to fourth-offense DUI. Judge David Strong sentenced him to 10 years, eight suspended, DUI drug court, fined him $3,000, restitution and court costs.
Indictments
• Dallas D. Younger, 26, 120 Gillis Circle, Apt. 9-D, McComb, shooting into a dwelling for allegedly firing a handgun into the home of Claudrika Mellien on March 23.
• Kendell D. Mark, 27, 416 Beech St., McComb, shooting into an automobile. He allegedly fired a handgun into Lawrence Jones’ 2007 Chevrolet Suburban on Nov. 6, 2020.
• Barnette J. Williams, 34, 417 Minnesota Ave., McComb, and Michael Williams, 41, 334 Beech St., McComb, aggravated assault and conspiracy for allegedly wounding Joseph Johnson with a handgun on June 9, 2020.
• Kenyata A. Hayes, 43, Ocala, Fla., possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of a stolen firearm and possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle.
• Henry Campbell, 63, 400 S. Locust St., burglary of a building for a Jan. 2 break-in at Jarrell Rashad Taylor’s storage building in McComb.
• Roctavis D. Magee, 22, 1175 Sherman Road, Magnolia, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.
• Joe Nathan Gatlin, 42, 605 N. Cherry St., McComb, possession of marijuana.
• Ladarius M. Martin, 21, 103 Williams Ave., McComb, possession of meth and marijuana, both with intent to distribute.
• Elvis Blount, 43, 15098 Ross Lane, Kentwood, La., possession of meth with intent to distribute.
• Joseph D. Gayden, 43, 7422 Highway 98 W., Summit, felonious bad check.
• Ronald Ard Sr., 51, 1003 Willie Allen Lane, McComb, fourth-offense DUI.
