Here are indictments reported recently in Amite County Circuit Court:
• Ashley Dixon aka Ashley Williams, 24, and Brandon Dixon, 28, both of 1010 Lucky Leaf Drive, Summit, and Shane Williams, 25, Carthage, two counts burglary for allegedly breaking into vehicles of Marcie Aldredge and Alison Barnett while they were parked at Tangipahoa Baptist Church on Thompson Road on Oct. 18, 2020.
• Rodrick Boss, 42, 1017 Miracle Lane, Summit, possession of a weapon by a convicted felon.
• Shawn L. Brown, 30, 555 Church St., Centreville, possession of synthetic marijuana with intent to distribute.
• Devon Kirtfield, 23, 1943 Mallalieu Drive, Ruth, two counts burglary for allegedly breaking into a 2004 Ford F-150 pickup truck and a 2006 GMC Yukon on Aug. 8, 2020.
• Luscious Williams, 76, and Linda Robinson, 52, both of 3282 Julio Lane, Liberty, two counts burglary for allegedly breaking into two sheds belonging to Dayna Haygood of Bethel Road on Jan. 8.
• Christie Harvey, 50, 482 Hickory St., Gloster, prescription fraud.
• Charlotte Sance, 44, and Daniel Ray Sance, 48, both of Kiln, two counts each burglary and conspiracy. They allegedly broke into storage sheds of Sally McCoy and Geralyn Kelly, both of Old 24 Compromise Road, on Aug. 10, 2020.
• Austin Petty, 21, 321 N. Orso Lane, Crosby, sexual battery and statutory rape for incidents involving a 12-year-old girl, and burglary for a break-in at the home of Jonathan Puls, Orso Lane, Crosby, on March 2, 2020.
• Emmanuel Magee, 31, 1284 Holly St., Gloster, rape, sodomy, aggravated domestic violence and kidnapping for an incident March 5 involving one female victim.
• Gary Mitchell, 58, 6327 Homochitto Road, Gloster, three counts gratification of lust for incidents involving three children under the age of 16.
• Daniel Wilson, 34, and Douglas Wilson, 71, both of 50 Waterfront Lane, McCall Creek, furnishing contraband to a prisoner for allegedly giving tobacco to an Amite County jail inmate on Feb. 14.
• Marylee Elizabeth Bellau, 29, and Joseph Hammonds, 50, both of 3112 Bethel Road, Kentwood, La., furnishing contraband to a prisoner for allegedly giving meth to an Amite County jail inmate on Sept. 2, 2020. Bellau was also indicted on two counts possession of meth.
• Leophus Bailey, 30, 3928 Will Road, Gloster, two counts failure to register as a sex offender.
• Frankie Lucas, 61, 6306 Bates School Road, Magnolia, simple assault on a law enforcement officer for allegedly brandishing a gun at Amite County sheriff’s deputy Dewayne Whetstone on Aug. 28, 2020.
• Maurice Ware, 36, 42 Plum St., Woodville, possession of cocaine.
• Archer Lee, 59, 438 Church St., Centreville, possession of meth.
