The 59th meeting between McComb and South Pike on Halloween night now has a new start time, as this year's Green & Gold Bowl will kick off at 5:30 p.m.
The Tigers' senior players will be honored prior to the game, while graduating members of the school's band, cheerleading squad, cross-county team and JROTC will be recognized at halftime.
The all-time record between the schools currently stands at 29-26-3 in favor of South Pike.
The Eagles (3-4, 1-1) snapped a three-game losing streak in the series with an emphatic 30-8 victory in Magnolia last fall, and streaks have been a theme for this rivalry as of late. The Tigers (7-1, 2-1) won five straight from 2012-2016 before South Pike rattled off four wins from 2017-2020.
