Editorial: Tenacious women at the CIA

A story in the Sept. 24 issue of Newsweek magazine gives a great share of credit to female CIA analysts for sifting through spy photos and other information to pin down the locations of top terrorists like Osama bin Laden.

In fact, the recent book by the Navy SEAL who was part of the team that killed bin Laden in Pakistan praised the work of a female “targeter” who had been tracking the terrorist leader for years and was sure the team would find him in that walled compound.
