Summit Street Unity Festival

Organizers are preparing for the Summit Street Unity Festival, which will be held from noon to 8 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 3, on Summit Street from Georgia Avenue to Denwiddie Street.  The event will feature live music including gospel and blues, kids’ activities, political candidates, vendors and a car show.
